BIO
Gabriela Sincich was born in Argentina, where she first discovered the joy of drawing and painting in the studio of her father, landscape artist Bernardo Sincich. Surrounded by books on art, mythology, and natural history, she developed a deep and lasting fascination with the natural world that continues to guide her work.
Over the years, her practice has been enriched through learning and professional opportunities at institutions and organizations in Spain, the UK, and the Unites States, and through collaborations in natural science illustration that have strengthened her technical approach while deepening her commitment to observing, honoring, and connecting with the living world.
She lives in West Lafayette, Indiana, where she continues her studio practice alongside her husband and their sweet golden retriever, Molly.
